Yorkshire Pudding


2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup roast drippings


Mix eggs, flour, salt and milk together in bowl.
Pour roast drippings into pan and place in oven.
Turn oven to 425 F.
Bake until smoking hot.
Add batter and bake until done about 25 minutes.
