Pancakes (Blueberries optional)

Made using Bisquick mix. Can be made up in a large ketchup bottle and squirted onto the griddle!

Ingredients from Boat Pantry:

2 cups Bisquick mix
pancake syrup
oil for skillet

Fresh Ingredients:

1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries (optional)

Equipment:

1 bowl
measuring cups
mixing spoon
spatula
skillet

Method:

In bowl beat eggs.
Add Bisquick mix and milk.
Beat by hand until blended.
Fold blueberries into batter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot oiled skillet and cook until puffed and covered with bubbles and dry around edges.
Turn once.
Yields 12 pancakes.

If too thick, add an additional 1/3 cup milk.
