Ingredients from Boat Pantry:
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 medium apples
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cutting board and sharp knife
9×9 pan or 9″ pie plate
tooth picks for checking if done
Turn on oven and preheat to 350 F
Lightly grease 9″ pie plate
Prepare topping as follows: Combine in bowl 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons margarine. Mix until crumbly.
Spread apples in bottom of pie plate.
Combine until blended 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup milk and 2 eggs in the other bowl and pour over apples in pie plate.
Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 40-45 min until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
