This recipe is good to use not only leftover turkey but also leftover stuffing/dressing!
1 pk stove top stuffing
Leftover turkey stuffing (optional)
1 cup warm water
4 cups cooked turkey, chopped
2 small cans (equal to 2 cups) corn niblets
1 can cream celery soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix stove top stuffing with warm water. Let stand.
Mix turkey with corn niblets into an oblong dish.
In a bowl combine soup, milk, cheese and pour on top of turkey/corn mixture.
Spread stuffing on top of mixture.
Spread any leftover turkey stuffing on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with cranberry sauce.
