This is my first choice in any punch! It is great as a mix for rum. The original rum punch! As the sherbet melts in the punch bowl, it forms a thick froth on top of the liquids.
1 can of chilled pineapple juice
1 can chilled orange juice
1 can chilled apple juice
2 litre bottle of ginger ale
2 litres of frozen sherbet (use lime and orange or rainbow)
Chill all liquids. Add the juices first to the punch bowl. Just before serving add the ginger ale and scoops of sherbet to cover the top.
