This is really good, refreshing and has no sugar or sweetener added. Makes 3 servings and recipe can be easily doubled. It makes are really nice breakfast surprise.
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup yogurt (or milk or cream)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Run frozen bananas under cold water for a few seconds to remove peels (use potato peeler if necessary to remove last bits).
Process banana in food processor.
Add cinnamon and vanilla. Process.
Add blueberries. Process.
Place in freezer until firm enough to eat.
