Japanese Dressing

A very simple dressing, light and easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 small carrot
1 shallot
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Method:

Whirl in blender all the ingredients until smooth.
