Crab Dip

In an attempt to find the ultimate crab dip, this one is the closest I found but still not quite there. I am looking for one which is served warm. This one is served cold.  It is the best cold crab dip I have found!


2 green onions thinly sliced and divided
1-250 g light cream cheese spread (can use light)
1 can (120 g chunk crabmeat, drained)
1/2 cup shredded old chedder cheese (can use light)
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp dijon mustard


Reserve 2  Tbsp onions.  Mix remaining onions with other ingredients. Cover and let stand in fridge for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with reserved onions before serving.
