2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soya sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 tbsp margarine
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs
Place broccoli packages in microwave oven.
Microwave at high for 3 minutes or until package is flexible.
Layer broccoli in 12″x8″ baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, lemon juice, soya sauce and garlic powder.
Stir in chicken.
Pour mixture over broccoli.
Melt butter in small bowl at high for 45-60 seconds.
Remove from microwave.
Stir in cheese and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Cover combined mixture with wax or parchment paper.
Microwave at high for 12-14 minutes or until hot.
